Job Description

  • Work closely with the product & engineering teams to make significant impacts on Shopee's search & recommendation engine through both technical and operational processes
  • Perform testing and QC to evaluate the quality of search & recommendation features
  • Surface issues with search & recommendation by reviewing bad cases and collecting product feedback
  • Provide analysis and insights into local market's contexts and trends
  • Drive the optimizations of the labeling portals to improve efficiency and productivity

Requirement

  • Degree or diploma from a recognized tertiary education institution
  • Bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia to work on Indonesia market as this role will be working on tasks related to the Indonesia market
  • Communicate clearly verbally and in writing
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong execution skills and attention to detail
  • Strong commitment, bias towards actions, get things done reliably
  • Good command of Excel/Google Sheet
