It covers all functions including but not limited to Financial Services, Supply Chain, Search, Recommendation, Advertising, Order, Promotion, User, Anti-Fraud, Seller Service. **About the Team**:

- At Shopee Search & Recommendation, we connect users to what they may want at scale. As a pillar of the e-commerce discovery experience, every day, our products enable tens of millions of users to discover relevant and interesting things among hundreds of millions of products and content available on Shopee. We’re committed to creating a convenient, delightful, and intelligent discovery experience for our users.- Work closely with the product team to make significant impacts on Shopee's search & recommendation engine through both technical and operational processes
- Perform testing and QC to evaluate the quality of search & recommendation features
- Surface issues with search & recommendation by reviewing bad cases and collecting product feedback
- Provide insights into local market’s contexts and trends
- 6 month contract with option to renew

**Requirements**:

- Degree or diploma from a recognized tertiary education institution
- Communicate clearly verbally and in writing
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong execution skills and attention to detail
- Strong commitment, bias towards actions, get things done reliably
- Good command of Excel/Google Sheet
- Speaking English and Vietnamese as this role will be working on tasks related to the Vietnam market in Vietnamese
