**Purpose of the Role**:
Reporting to the Manager, you will oversee the Colorectal Cancer Faecal Immunochemical Test (FIT) kit screening project. This includes facilitating smooth operations, logistics, data management and engaging partners. You will assist the project team lead to conceptualize, plan and implement the campaign for Colorectal Cancer.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Assist with Campaign Management
- Assist Team Lead to organise ground activities such as forums, talks, exhibitions and roadshows
- Ensure smooth operations of cancer screening efforts on the ground, arising from the campaign
- Plan and allocate manpower for Faecal Immunochemical Test (FIT) distribution during campaign months

2. Partner (Stakeholder) Management
- Plan and prepare monthly reports for relevant partners
- Provide logistics support for FIT kit supplies and forms collection
- Provide timely support and maintain a high level of engagement with the partners
- Ensure timely communication to all partners and pharmacies

3. Stock Management
- Liaise with related partner and vendor on stock movement
- Coordinate re-stocking efforts
- Conduct monthly stock take

4. Others duties include
- Purchasing and billing
- Handling of calls from participants
- Mailing of FIT kits to participants
- Preparation of reports

**Qualification and Experience**:

- Diploma in Business Administration
- 2 years of relevant experience in Events or Operations Management

**Attributes**:

- Ability to link overall communication strategy with organisational mission and vision
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous and detailed in work output
- Able to work independently as well as with teams
- Able to work on some weekends

**Language Skills**:

- English
- Mandarin as many of the volunteers, members of the public speak Mandarin
- Knowledge of dialects will be useful as many members of the public speak Mandarin

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to work with department teams and cross-functional teams with concurrent projects
- Identify solutions and work with campaign teams to address challenges
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work in teams and people from different background
