Our Global Communications team is currently looking for a **Brand Manager **to join the team. The position will be based at the school’s Asia campus in **One-North **, **Singapore **. This is a **full-time and permanent position **.
Reporting to the Director, Branding & Communications, the Brand Manager will be responsible for the development of brand reputation campaigns, management of strategic branding initiatives, ownership of branded assets, as well as regular support and contributions towards institutional communications projects. This role will involve extensive collaboration with internal stakeholders as well as external agency partners, and therefore requires a high level of creativity, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in teams as well as independently.
**Key Deliverables include**:
**Brand Reputation Campaigns - Project Management**
- Develop the agency brief and lead the creative development and validation process
- Coordinate final delivery of branded assets with all relevant stakeholders
- Manage the budget process, working with the Communications budget owner
**Branded Merchandising - Project Management**
- Project manage the overall global merchandising strategy, working closely with Procurement and Campus Services
- In charge of the global annual INSEAD merchandising catalogue, working closely with Procurement
- At a later stage, manage the INSEAD Online Shop project
**Brand Assets and Digital Asset Repository - Guidelines and Management**
- Oversee the institutional DAM (Digital Asset Management) platform, working with Digital Communications
- Ensure regular uploads/updates and tagging of all photos on brand.insead.edu
- Define and refine the DAM guidelines and to ensure up to date and consistent use of creative assets
- Provide access of assets to internal teams and/or external stakeholders (media, agencies, etc)
**Global Advocacy Outreach Efforts**
- Drive schoolwide Advocacy through the regular use and updates of the INSEAD Advocacy Toolkit
- Create initiatives to maximise amplification across various audiences (staff, faculty, students, alumni)
**Global Brand Stewardship**
- Ensure periodical and thorough review of the Brand Guidelines
- Own and monitor global brand compliance on internal and external channels on a regular basis
**Institutional Communications and School-wide Contributions**
- Support institutional communications needs for imagery, copy-writing/messaging, when applicable
- Provide information and present about brand campaigns and brand initiatives, when required
- Provide coaching to other teams in relation to the brand guidelines, when required
- Provide guidance on brand related processes, including collaterals, template, campus displays, etc
**To be successful in this role, you should have**:
- A Bachelors or Masters in Communications or Marketing.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Marketing and Brand Management. Preference is for someone with agency experience. For those with in-house experience, we will need experience in partnership with creative agencies.
- Excellent writing, editing and communications skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and social media strategy and analytics a plus.
- Strong project-management and problem-solving skills.
- Must be flexible and possess the ability to balance the managements of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must have great relationship and teamwork skills but be comfortable working independently and remotely.
- Experience managing multi-cultural teams and coordinating across globally distributed teams very useful.
