**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Growth & Development**: Oversee and expand commercial activities in both local and international markets. Create and implement strategies to increase market share and brand presence.
- **Distribution Oversight**: Manage relationships with distributors to ensure product availability and maximize sales across both on-trade (bars, restaurants) and off-trade (retail outlets) segments.
- **Compliance Management**: Ensure all activities comply with relevant local and international regulations, leveraging your understanding of the regulatory landscape to guide business decisions.
- **Negotiations & Contracts**: Lead negotiations with partners and distributors, securing beneficial agreements. Manage the drafting and execution of contracts to align with commercial goals.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Build strong relationships with key distributors and retailers, ensuring consistent brand representation and high-quality service.
- **Brand Champion**: Represent our brand at industry events, showcasing its premium positioning in a professional and eloquent manner.
- **Market Intelligence**: Monitor market trends and consumer behavior, providing insights to refine commercial strategies and ensure competitive positioning.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A proven leader with experience in distribution sales, ideally from FMCG, luxury goods, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, health and wellness products, tobacco, or high-end retail industries.
- Familiarity in regulatory compliance, with the ability to navigate complex industry requirements.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus), with strong presentation and communication abilities.
- Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and challenging the status quo.
- Experience with premium products, bringing a deep understanding of the luxury market.
- Results-oriented with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Pay: From $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
