**Key Responsibilities**
The role of Senior Executive/Executive (Technology) in SATS Technology Innovation Centre will work in a team to drive technology innovation across SATS through collaboration and partnerships with the greater aviation and innovation ecosystem.
- Explore new and emerging technologies, explore viability of integrating existing technologies, and synergize with business process needs.
- Drive technology trials and implementation with Business Units, focusing primarily on the identification of technologies that can achieve one or more outcomes in the area of productivity, safety and sustainability
- Work with stakeholders to execute technology projects in areas such as robotics, Internet of Things (IoT), Industry 4.0, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Blockchain, green technologies.
- Work with Technology Business Partners to ensure technology trials are aligned with overall business-technology roadmaps
- Gather business requirements from end-users for projects and provide analysis and solutioning on how the desired outcome of the projects can be achieved in order to match their expectations
- Work with end-users to develop a well-scoped project in order to validate the key capabilities of a technology for specific use cases
- Support in the procurement process for trials of technology solutions which entails vendor sourcing, preparation of tender (RFQ/RFP), evaluation and vendor selection
- Manage the projects from initiation to final delivery
- Provide short-term (3-6 months) post-project / trial deployment support to ensure a smooth and effective transition for the end-users
- Explore and develop partnerships with solution providers, innovation platforms and other members of the innovation ecosystem
- Communicate and align technology goals for stakeholders to create awareness on usefulness of technologies deployed

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Process Engineering or other related fields or with minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Organised and resourceful
- Experience in process study and optimisation
- Collaborative person who can manage well in a matrix environment
- Strong customer focus; ability to maintain effective relationships to gain trust and buy-in
- Confident in communication with effective presentation skills
- Strong interest in emerging technologies
- Good interpersonal skills and customer focus
- Responsible and proactive
- Good Project Management skills such as organisation, planning and cost awareness
- Able to work under stressful environment within tight timeline
- Able to handle multiple projects at any one time
