**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**MAIN DUTIES**
- Responsible for creative excellence on projects from conceptualization to execution
- Leading projects and providing solutions across retail multi-touch points
- Lead outstanding design work for consumer conversion in departmental stores & travel retail environment
- Keeping up with consumer behaviors and being updated on industry innovations
- Ability to share sketched ideas at a high standard
- Attending project briefings and presenting creative solutions to clients
- Construct and model 3D-rendered images and visuals to the specifications of each project

**EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS**
- 3+ years’ experience in design/ shopper engagement, preferably in the APAC region is required for this position
- Creative and able to think out of the box, to deliver smart creative solutions that work
- Strong consumer brand experience and retail innovation
- A proactive approach to technology, software, and industry innovations
- Experience with Millennials brands is a must, and with beauty/luxury brands is a plus
- Able to share ideas through sketches & 3D modeling
- Presentation and persuasion skills
- Attention to details
- Fluency in English
- Required Skills(s): AutoCAD, Sketchup, Enscape, Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator and InDesign knowledge is an added advantage
