Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Concept Development: Develop innovative and effective interior design concepts that meet the needs of retail environments.
  • Branding and Customer Experience: Translate branding and customer experience objectives into spatial design ideas that enhance the shopping experience.
  • Technical Drafting: Prepare accurate and detailed 2D drawings, including space plans, furniture layouts, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, and sections.
  • 3D Visualization: Create realistic 3D perspectives and renders to visualize the final retail space.
  • Retail-Specific Detailing: Design and detail shopfronts, display units, product shelving, cashier counters, and feature walls.
  • Material Selection: Propose and specify appropriate materials, finishes, color palettes, and fittings.
  • Project Coordination: Liaise with clients, project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
