
Operations Administrator

M.INTERIOR is growing. With bigger projects and bigger teams, we need someone to be able to provide daily operations support to the company.
You will be working closely and assisting director-level management in running the company and ensuring that all operations, SOPs and policies are maintained in the company’s best interest.
**THE ROLE**
- Respond to clients' queries and calls and act as a main point-of-contact for client communications for leads and clients
- Generate client briefs and client meeting notes
- Work closely with interior designers and project managers to ensure full project compliance with client requirements with proper records of project details and statuses
- Manage administrative duties such as e.g. arranging interviews, contract preparations, preparation & coordination of both internal & external meetings, etc.
- Ensure that both internal and external meetings are well prepared for and agendas properly detailed and communicated with all stakeholders
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, sales & payment records, bookkeeping for all projects documentation eg. (Quotations, VOs, Sub-cons/vendors invoices)
- Liaison with admin manager for preparation of project insurance, company/bank details for submissions to relevant authorities, when necessary
- All other ad hoc duties as assigned by senior management
**WHAT WE EXPECT**
- At least 1-3 years experience in client services, hospitality or related industries
- Proficient in Microsoft, Adobe suite of programs, in particular: Word, Excel, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Photoshop
- Have a strong interest in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields
- Able to self-start and be proactive in assisting leadership
- Strong sense of duty and responsibility and able to remain strict personal discipline
- Excellent supervision, organisational and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
