**THE ROLE**
**Requirements**:
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process including implementing effective resourcing strategy for Asia offices including direct sourcing and early careers with mínimal agency spend
Responsible for employee on-boarding on a global basis including drafting offer letters, contracts, first day process, remote or face to face inductions
- Identify and drive process improvements, leveraging HR systems to automate and eliminate manual work where possible
- Conduct pre-employment checks including uploading information on background screening system, and referencing in accordance with requirements; deal with queries, escalating issues
- Responsible for immigration administration and compliance
- Create job descriptions, co-ordinate annual appraisals process and any other documentation requirements
- Benefits and HR administration for starters and leavers including payroll preparation, and administration for benefits
- Reward and remuneration benchmarking, making recommendations and providing insight
- Deal with employee relations matters, escalating where appropriate to Head of HR
- Maintain and update HR database; data gathering, analysing and information auditing, generating reports as required
- Provide support to HR team in London office where required
- Identify and recommend HR initiatives including wellbeing and Learning & Development
- Identify and drive process improvement efforts including Assist, and where required, lead on HR projects including implementation and testing of of new HR system; identify and
- Deal with employee related queries on HR policies including maternity, paternity; maintain employee handbook
- Responsible for drafting and maintaining HR manual comprising all facets of operational elements of HR including process and requirements around immigration, onboarding, recruitment and offboarding
- Learning & Development administration, and documentation for all staff
- Create reports via Excel and the HRIS; ensure absences are updated on HRIS
Risk related responsibilities
- Support a risk and compliance aware culture and comply with FIS company policies
- Ensure full awareness of and adhere to internal policies that relate to the role or any relevant other activities
**Key competencies / skills**
- Demonstrate prior experience and successful track record in recruitment as well as good working knowledge of HR Operations / Advisory - essential
- Good working knowledge of human resources processes and best practices in Singapore - essential
Excellent attention to detail; strong analytical and numeracy skills including Advanced Excel and experience with HRIS - essential
- Experience gained in a financial services or professional services environment - preferred
- Commercially aware with strong client focus; personable and engaging working relationships and networks wherever possible - essential
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times - essential
- Commercially aware, with confidence to partner and advise management team on best practice and initiatives - essential
