What You’ll Do
Come and join us The Oracle Construction & Engineering Global Business Unit (CEGBU) provides industry’s most advanced and widely adopted solutions for planning, building and operating assets, partnering with leading organisations globally.

The CEGBU provides an end-to-end offering for project management and delivery that enables customers to effectively plan, build, and operate construction projects.

The purpose of this role is to deliver a first-class commercial experience to a defined and growing portfolio of project opportunities and accounts, with the objective of securing those accounts indefinitely and maximising growth of account revenue for our best-in-class solutions and services to them, while driving relationship excellence.

You will be dealing with a territory of pursuit accounts ranging from medium to large accounts across the Construction, Engineering, Government, Energy and other industries, nurturing their solution and commercial success, generating and closing opportunities and expanding our footprint.

**Required Skills/Experience**:
**What You’ll Bring**
- Confirmed ability to handle multiple and diverse customer engagements concurrently
- For instance: a pipeline of 20-30 opportunities ranging in size from $50k USD to $millions USD at any one time
- At least 5-10 years Software Sales experience (with an emphasis on SaaS), with consistent, demonstrable success and overachievement
- A guide in complex solution sales to industry -sell the solutions our customer’s businesses use to deliver their business. Experience in the construction & engineering industry is a plus
- Solid commercial experience and knowledge of the sales process and effective sales techniques
- Excellent discipline and expertise in CRM and business tools (Office, Slack etc.) and the ability to handle detail
- Consistent track record of and relentless focus on generating own leads and contacts from within a distinct account portfolio
- Ability to confidently present and articulate the business value of the CEGBU platform to customers at all levels
- Strong verbal and written communications skills with a focus on needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing techniques
- Outstanding presentation and demonstration skills
