**About the Role**

Are you passionate about people and eager to explore the dynamic world of Human Resources? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **HR Intern** to support our HR team in delivering strategic and operational excellence. This internship offers hands-on exposure to a wide range of HR functions—from policy implementation to employee engagement and compliance.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Assist in the **implementation and alignment of HR policies and processes** across departments.
- Support **recruitment activities**, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Help maintain **HR records** (electronic and physical) and ensure data accuracy.
- Participate in **employee engagement initiatives**, recognition programs, and internal events.
- Assist in **tracking HR budgets and expenses**, and support reporting needs.
- Provide administrative support in areas such as **leave management, performance tracking, and training logistics**.
- Stay updated on **HR trends and employment regulations**, and help communicate relevant updates to the team.
- Collaborate with line managers and cross-functional teams on **people-related matters**.
- Take part in **ad-hoc projects** and initiatives that contribute to organizational goals.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Currently pursuing a **Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field**.
- Strong **communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Highly **organized**, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to commit to a **full-time 3-month internship**.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
