We are looking for a passionate and experienced **Western Chef** to join our team If you have a strong background in Western cuisine and a flair for creativity, we want to hear from you.
**Job Details**:
- **Position**: Western Chef
- **Salary**: $3,000 - 3,500/month
- **Experience**: 3-5 years in Western cuisine
- **Location**: Clarke Quay Central
- **Employment Type**: Full-time
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and cook high-quality Western dishes, ensuring consistency and presentation.
- Develop and refine recipes to enhance the dining experience.
- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, stock control, and hygiene standards.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with management to create new menu items and seasonal specials.
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Western Chef or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Western cuisine, cooking techniques, and presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle kitchen operations.
- Team player with leadership skills and attention to detail.
- Food hygiene certification is an advantage.
