As the Growth Head for South Africa, you will be responsible for the overall operations of Bitget in the South African market, including business development, marketing, team management, channel operations, and financial performance. You will drive user acquisition and trading volume growth by developing and executing effective growth strategies, and represent Bitget in local industry events and community building.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a business growth strategy, including user acquisition, user retention, and trading volume growth.
- Lead local marketing activities, including brand promotion, social media marketing, and partnership development.
- Expand and manage various marketing channels, including social media, community forums, KOL cooperation, and others, to increase brand exposure and user conversion.
- Build, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, recruiting and nurturing local talent.
- Oversee budget management, P&L analysis, and ensure the achievement of set financial targets.
- Develop a deep understanding of the South African cryptocurrency market, understand user needs, and adjust strategies based on market changes.
- Represent Bitget in local industry events and build strong relationships with regulators, partners, and the community.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the exchange website, including content updates, event planning, and traffic analysis.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, finance, computer science or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in the internet industry, with at least 2 years of experience in the cryptocurrency industry or fintech company.
- Strong business development, marketing, and team management skills.
- Deep understanding of the South African market, familiar with local culture, laws, regulations, and business environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and data analysis skills.
- Fluent in English and local languages (such as Afrikaans).
- Strong interest in blockchain technology and digital assets.

Pay: From $8,000.00 per month
