Their team includes INSEAD and Yale MBAs, with backgrounds in top consulting firms and leading adtech & e-commerce companies. Role Overview
Our client is looking for a Head of Product to help them scale their core products and build the next generation of tools powering growth in Web3.
This is a high-ownership role with a direct path to becoming Aylab’s Chief Product Officer in the next 12-18 months.
You’ll work closely with the founders and engineering leads to evolve working products into best-in-class platforms. This role is about taking what works, making it smarter, and building new product layers that unlock exponential value. You’ll also lead and ship experimental Web3 products (SaaS, adtech, gamified layers), validate hypotheses fast, and bring user-centric thinking to a complex and fast-evolving ecosystem.
Our client is not looking for someone to just run sprints—they want someone who sees the full picture, takes ownership, and pushes product strategy forward while staying close to execution.
What You’ll Do
- Own and evolve the product roadmap across multiple product lines—starting with fraud detection and attribution scoring for our client’s ad network.
- Work closely with engineering, data, and infra teams to build robust systems for traffic validation, supplier evaluation, and performance-based attribution.
- Design clear product specs (PRDs) for products involving event tracking, funnel analysis, and post-install behavior scoring.
- Prioritize ruthlessly based on business impact, ROI, and systemic risk—while shipping at high velocity.
- Help shape internal product and engineering processes, working cross-functionally across growth, ops, and leadership.
- Grow into a product leader: coach others, shape the team, and lead the product org over time.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in product management, ideally in SaaS, adtech, or attribution-focused platforms.
- Experience working on products involving user attribution (e.g., Appsflyer), fraud detection, or event-based scoring systems is highly valuable.
- Proven track record of owning complex systems end to end—from discovery to execution.
- Comfortable working with technical teams—API fluency and data literacy are a must.
- Willingness to roll up sleeves, make decisions with imperfect data, and move fast.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Web3 products or ecosystems.
- Experience in fast-growing startups or growth-stage tech companies.
- Familiarity with SQL, Figma, or analytics tools is a bonus.
