As the Head of Global Community at Aethir, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to nurture and expand our global developer community. Leading a team of developer advocates, evangelists, and technical writers, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the vibrant growth and success of our developer ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with developers, fostering collaboration, and ensuring our products and services meet the evolving needs of our developer community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive the growth of Aethir’s global community and engagement by developing and executing strategies to engage developers, foster community growth, and drive participation.
- Organize and host developer events, hackathons, webinars, and workshops to educate, inspire, and connect with the developer community.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the developer community, addressing concerns, providing support, and ensuring a positive developer experience.
- Lead a team of developer advocates, evangelists, and technical writers, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure our developer ecosystem thrives.
- Collaborate with developers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and advocate for developer needs within the organization.
- Develop and deliver technical education programs, documentation, and resources to empower developers to build innovative solutions using our products.
- Identify and establish partnerships with key developer communities, organizations, and influencers to expand our reach and enhance developer engagement.
- Define and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of developer relations programs, providing regular reports and insights to the executive team.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in community, creative, and brand marketing experience in comparable industries.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, team player with a strong track record of delivering results.
- Experience in the use of community management and analytical/listening tools and editorial content calendaring.
- Ability to manage a small team, delegate and review tasks, and set clear goals to improve workplace and department efficiency.
- Strong content strategy and analysis skills.
- A deep understanding of the gaming community and must be a gamer.
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and extremely curious and have an unstoppable passion about the gaming industry.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams from multiple countries and time zones. A collaborative, can-do attitude is a must.
- Positive and professional attitude, an independent worker with little or no supervision required with the willingness to navigate areas of unfamiliarity.
- Degree in business / marketing or a relevant field.
