**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement operational processes to enhance system performance and availability
- Collaborate with the Operation & Maintenance team to ensure smooth asset management and process improvements.
- Manage data collection, perform in-depth analysis, and create reports to support data-driven decisions.
- Monitor system performance, propose optimizations, and support the execution of necessary improvements.
- Occasionally provide on-site support to resolve operational issues or streamline processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in operational processes, Lean management, and Kaizen methodologies.
- 2-4 years of experience in Operation & Maintenance (O&M); solar industry experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
