Assist the Project Manager in overall management of M&E projects. Review pre and post tenders document with respect to contractual, specification, budget, design, construction, and quality and quantity control.
- Develop project execution and deployment plan for every project.
- Support M&E value engineering calculations and drawings preparation.
- Ensure works are carried out in accordance with specifications, code of practices and relevance statutory authorities’ requirement.
- Ensure projects meets with stipulated timeline.
- Liaise with client’s representative on all technical, site and coordination matters.
- Attend regular meetings with clients and consultants; also conduct regular meetings with sub-contractors and installers lead.
- Assist in system integration and interface with vendors, other trades as well as internal site personnel.
- Prepare and lead projects in testing and commissioning phase followed with Integrated System Test prior to closing and handing over of project.
- Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Directors or Project Managers.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required
- Strong building M&E knowledge with hands-on experiences
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering is a prerequisite.
