**JOB DIMENSIONS**

TotalEnergies has a plan to have 35 GW of renewables generation capacities in operation by 2025 and 100 GW by 2030. Of this, 3GW is planned to be achieved in 2025 and 9GW by 2030 by the Distributed Generation Business Unit (behind-the-meter PV Systems).

TotalEnergies Renewables Distributed Generation (DG) - a fully owned subsidiary of TotalEnergies SE (created in 2019) - is dedicated to the development, construction, operation and financing of Industrial and Commercial solar projects worldwide. In the next 5 years, the DG ambition is to develop an international leadership and profitable presence in the solar DG market, aiming at 10 to 20% market share in the key selected markets.

**Scope of responsibility**:
1. Responsible for O&M activities across the solar sites in Singapore.

2. Identify and manage O&M contractors and contracts.

3. Schedule and carryout O&M activities - in coordination with O&M Contractors and Client representatives.

4. Track O&M contractor performance and ensure maintenance and performance KPIs are met.

5. Participate and lead discussions with local clients, contractors, grid operator and associated stake holders as required to ensure proper completion of assigned activities.

6. Ensure Total HSE standards are adhered to in operational sites.

7. Communication: Local Language communication - to be able to communicate with O&M Contractors, Customers, utility companies and their personnel. English communication - be able to send verbal and written reports to reginal office.

**ACTIVITIES**

The Operation and Maintenance Engineer Role would require he/she to:
1. Plan and schedule O&M activities across TTE solar sites in Singapore

2. Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards.

3. Maintain O&M documentation.

4. Provide operational information of solar or ESS to support technical team.

5. Track Plant KPI - and create measures to mitigate any short fall.

6. Track O&M contractor performance and ensure performance KPIs are met.

7. Update O&M reports and submit the same to Regional Office.

8. Other tasks as assigned by reporting line manager

9. Send period reports as requested.

10. Travel as required to project and related locations

**CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT**
- Must act in accordance with local legislation, compliance, company ethics and values, as well as strong HSE standards.
- Commercial and Industrial solar clients in Singapore

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- To meet set KPIs for operation and maintenance activities, aligned with HSE and compliance standards, ensuring business continuity
- Ensure Operation and Maintenance activity with Safety, Quality, Time.
- Provide report and feedback to the team Manager.
