**Job Description**:
**Our Client**:
Our client is one of the leading in Solar and Renewables Industry. They are actively looking to hire a Solar PV Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Manager to join their team in Singapore.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all PV systems are performing through daily plant monitoring
- To respond to anomalies/faults, communicating with the local maintenance team, and coordinating with component manufacturers to troubleshoot and correct fault circumstances
- Come out with O&M plan, process and work instruction
- Review the frequency of maintenance activities across various sites and ensure the PV system perform at optimal condition
- Prepare performance reports to respective stakeholders
- Work together and keep in touch with client facility managers, HSE officers, subcontractors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely work completion
- Take charge of equipment warranties and O&M inventory to account for key equipment and materials are available
- Analysis and enhancement of Plant performance to maximize total return for each asset
- Work closely with engineering team to feedback and improve on PV system yield
- Create or identify predictive monitoring for photovoltaic systems by processing real-time data and identifying patterns that predict an imminent failure
- Comprehend engineering drawings, e.g., Single line diagram and system layout, using computer aided drawing software
- HSE management for O&M related activities
- Oversee PV systems testing and commissioning

**The Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, renewable field or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of O&M experience in Solar PV industry
- Planning experience in O&M will be a plus
