Central Singapore KCI Asia Pacific Pte Ltd Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively source and identify new business opportunities and initiate relationships with prospective clients.
- Promote and sell our products and services through persuasive, consultative sales techniques to both new and existing clients.
- Engage with companies to introduce and present our marketing and communication solutions.
- Attend on-site meetings at client premises to conduct in-depth sales discussions.
- Represent KCI World at our own and external industry conferences and exhibitions, showcasing our portfolio and generating qualified sales leads.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify growth opportunities and ensure market competitiveness.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports to management on client requirements, feedback, market activities, and opportunities for new products or services.
- Actively contribute to team sales meetings by sharing market insights, performance updates, and supporting a collaborative team culture.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with regional sales and marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution of business strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales-related role; experience in B2B sales is a strong advantage.
- Willingness and ability to travel within Singapore, Southeast Asia, and across Asia for business meetings and industry events, with reasonable notice.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, during regular office hours
**Location**: Conveniently located near Lavender MRT Station

Pay: $3,500.00 - $3,800.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- 13th month salary
- Commission pay

**Education**:

- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
