**JOB SUMMARY**

You will be responsible for establishment and expansion of clientele, upholding quality service standards and branding initiatives.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Establish new sales opportunities using various sales prospecting channels
- Respond to telephone / online catering enquiries
- You need to assist clients in menu selection and proposal
- Able to build and maintain good client relationship and rapport
- Actively brainstorming or creative ideas in improving catering services to clients
- Able to account for sales and profitability of event orders and ensure smooth operations of catering
- Coordinate with internal food production and logistics team to ensure smooth delivery of catering events

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- You must have a Diploma/Degree in Hotel and F&B Management or equivalent
- You must have at least 1 to 2 years of sales or business development experience in F&B / Catering / Hospitality experience
- You must have a passionate about customer service and sales activities
- Outgoing personality and highly motivated

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay

Work Location: In person
