**Responsibilities**:

- Job Description:
- Process payroll for workers, arrange relevant training courses for employees and maintain training records.
- Manage employee attendance, leave management and medical benefits
- Perform simple IT troubleshooting / coordinate with IT vendors for any IT issues
- Handling general admin duties including replenishment of stationery and office supplies
- Any other ad hoc administrative duties as and when assigned

Requirement:
- Minimum GCE "O" Level or equivalent
- Minimum 2 yrs of relevant working experience and proficient in MS Office
- 5.5 day work week (alternate Sat off)
- Cheerful personality with good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skill
- Resourceful, flexible, take initiatives and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- High level of integrity, responsibility, good team player and helpful
- Meticulous, well-organized with ability to multi-task, can-do and positive working attitude
- Applicant with experience in construction industry is an added advantage
