In this role you will be responsible for developing an internal communications framework, effective communication strategies, and best practices to support team members at our sites in the United States, Europe, and Asia.

You will collaborate and work closely with technical experts in DEG, partners in Business Units, People Orgs, Workforce Development, Operations, Health and Safety Leaders, and company-wide communicators. You will report to the DEG Director of Business Operations.

A skilled writer and crafter of presentations, you deliver engaging content across multiple channels for multiple audiences. You thrive in managing several projects and timelines simultaneously, working with various partners to drive these plans to completion. You bring your authentic self to work and have strong collaboration skills with a people-first mindset.

**Your responsibilities and duties will include, but are not limited to**:

- Manage the execution of an annual communication calendar to ensure engagement with key stakeholders
- Serve as point of contact for collecting, interpreting, and communicating technical content within the team.
- Lead the execution of communication plans in support of companywide DEG programs and projects.
- Maintain, update, and report on key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness and engagement of DEG communication
- Develop rapport with DEG program owners and provide communication assistance.
- Ensure our DEG culture is represented in all communications.

**Education / Skills Required**:

- A skilled writer and crafter of technical and non-technical presentations and communications
- The ability to tell stories using data in a concise and clear manner
- Experience building effective and innovative communication plans and managing an integrated editorial calendar for large corporations (global and high-tech companies preferred)
- Strong project management skills with a track record of using process to manage multiple projects in tandem
- An aptitude for developing creative, compelling social and team building content in a variety of formats
- Experience in event planning logistics, content creation, and execution
- Experience developing relevant content for a diverse and/or global workforce
- Experience in SharePoint, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and video editing preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing Communications, Engineering, or related discipline
- 2+ years of corporate-level communications experience
