**Brief Description**:
We’re looking for a dynamic and hands-on **Program Manager**to lead and operate our key programs and communities. This role sits at the heart of our ecosystem - managing startups, driving events, building partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence across our flagship initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Program & Community Management**
- Manage and grow the VidaCircle internal startup community — including onboarding, engagement, and communications.
- Support and lead execution of VidaHack, VidaCapital Academy, and other innovation or accelerator-style programs.
- Collaborate with the CitySprouts team on program delivery, partnership engagement, and community outreach for green innovation and sustainability programs.
- Facilitate learning journeys, demo days, and mentorship engagements for startups and partners.
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders (e.g., Ken, Tatiana) to ensure smooth coordination across all initiatives.

**Event & Partnership Operations**
- Plan and run ecosystem events such as workshops, panels, and networking sessions.
- Liaise with speakers, vendors, sponsors, and community partners to deliver engaging and high-impact programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, government agencies, schools, and other ecosystem collaborators.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and support proposals, outreach, and relationship management.

**Innovation & Ecosystem Development**
- Support the design and piloting of new initiatives that address gaps in the sustainability and innovation landscape.
- Contribute to thought leadership and insights on trends in climate tech, green urbanism, and circular economy.
- Explore synergies across Vidacity, CitySprouts, and external partners to co-create impactful programs.

**Who You Are**
- 2-4 years’ experience in program operations, community management, or partnerships, ideally in sustainability, startups, or social impact sectors.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Passionate about climate, sustainability, and ecosystem building.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience engaging with both grassroots and corporate stakeholders is a plus.
