In your new role you will:

- Adapt and deploy global internal communications strategy to regional level.
- Understand local requirements and culture and support awareness at headquarter in order to adapt communication material still based on corporate identity standards.
- Raise the professionalism and quality of internal communications for Internal Communications at Infineon Singapore; develop an internal communications roadmap, activities and topics.
- Create, coordinate and implement internal communications processes and approaches, including Infoscreen, iComm, All-Hands-Meeting, eMag and intranet to improve workplace communication and branding.
- Manage local internal communications topics, channels and measures, including but not limited to workshops & events, to promote social collaboration and to provide communication consulting services to other departments for their communication needs and purposes.Design and execute people engagement approach and framework including organizing and running event and activities to promote happy work culture.

**Your Profile**
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Bachelor degree and above
- Minimum 5 years working experience in related field with international, inter-disciplinary, management experience; internal communications in multinational companies background will be a plus
- Very good writing and editing skills
- Proven good record of leading project teams across functions and regions
- Good understanding of internal interdependencies, and strong knowledge of own contribution to achieve business objectivesCollaborative work style and commitment to get the job done in high complex structure
