**Responsibilities**:
- Disseminate internal and external competitive grant calls and advise faculty members on various funding opportunities in the Singapore research landscape.
- Assist Principal Investigators on grant budget phasing for successful grants and setting up of research project account at NTU.
- Facilitate submission of reports for MOE AcRF Tier 1 projects.
- Coordinate collation of key accomplishments of Principal Investigators for regular management reporting.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned time to time
**Requirements**:
- Good Postgraduate/Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences/Biological Sciences/Biomedical Engineering or related
- Preferably 2 years of related working experience in general research grants administration work in a healthcare, technology management, academic or research environment
- Possess a good working knowledge of the healthcare and biomedical landscape in Singapore
- A self-starter who has an organized, result-oriented mindset, be pro-active.
- Meticulous, Team-player and able to work independently.
- Resourceful, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to develop new ideas and provide conceptual solutions
- A positive attitude, ability to multitask, good interpersonal, communication and writing skills including minutes writing
- Fresh graduates are welcome
This is a 3 years contract appointment.
