**Overview of job**

In this role, you will be assisting Commercial Director, Singapore, and Global Solutions for all commercial matters. The role requires constant communication and collaboration with business associates and Finance teams of the markets in the region.

**Measures of success -**

**In 3 months**:

- Basic understanding of the structure of Wavemaker/ GroupM’s legal and Finance Structure
- Understand and familiarize Group policy, SOX controls, processes, and procedures
- Familiar with the systems
- Timely reconciliation and submission of reports
- Support Commercial Director in all commercial matters, including forecasting and client audits
- Daily finance/ commercial activities of Agencies
- Good understanding of operational controls (on revenue recognition), and key agency client reports.
- Good understanding of controls, processes, compliance, and client contracts.

**In 6 months**:

- Able to build a good rapport with various stakeholders in the APAC and global
- Assist Commercial and partner with Agencies leads to model growth scenario

**In 12 months**
- Key support for markets and GroupM Finance
- Problem solving skills and manage client’s issues and reports

**Responsibilities of the role**:

- Assisting Commercial Director to support various stakeholders in commercial matters
- Commercial and Finance reports preparation
- Preparation of reports request from clients and APAC/Global Commercial team.

**What you will need**:

- At least 3-5 years of working experience, preferably in an advertising agency environment or a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
- Diligent, attention to details
- Ability to articulate well
