**Job Purpose**:
To handle commercial aspects of dealing with shipyards/ clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Commercial support for all New Building projects/ tenders
- Review and negotiate all quotations from shipyards/ vendors.
- Manage budgets for all New Building projects.
- Monitor and resolve commercial and contractual issues of a newbuild project.
- Liaise with the site/ project team to ensure that the team understands and adheres to the contractual obligations and commercial impacts.
- Ensure that all engineering changes that have commercial impacts are captured and updated.
- Review site instructions and quotations from the shipyard/ vendors.
- Liaise with vendors for quotations on equipment for new vessel development.
- Develop effective process flows for site team, project support and commercial/ finance team.
- Ensure the current PR/ PO are raised on a timely basis.
- Update of weekly commercial report.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Marine related fields
- Minimum 5 years of related working experience
- Good initiative and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Pro-activeness with a strong sense of urgency
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Meticulous and efficient
