**Job Description**:

- All post-contract administrative matters including Identify contractual risks/

issues/potential disputes proactively on projects and propose solutions to

management to mitigate such risks/issues/ Commercial matters of the project.
- Draft, review and negotiate key project documents eg statements of work, change

orders/ variation agreements.
- Managing procurement and sub-contracting matters.
- Managing claims and disputes.
- Oversee changes made to the main contract and review risks and opportunities.
- Manage the projects’ cashflow, monitoring of cost and overall project financial

position and budget, closely with Project Director.
- Advising the project team on all contractual and commercial matters involved.
- Conduct/facilitate training to align the project teams on commercial management

practices and processes as well as risk managements
- Reporting to Management on matters relating to commercial and contractual

aspects.
- To lead and attend all commercial related meetings
- Managing teams of Quantity Surveyors on.
- Develop contract management system including implementing and streamlining of

Standard Operational
- Procedures and ensure compliance of company policies

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or similar
- Advanced understanding of construction processes, principles, materials, and tools.
- Excellent leadership abilities alongside with great time management and organizational skills.
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills, able to communicate effectively and clearly
- Minimum 10 years of experience prefabably with LTA projects.
