**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- External Grants management
- Advise faculty on utilisation and disbursement of funds in accordance to grants’ guidelines
- Ensure faculty’s submission of all required supporting documents
- Manage expenditure, variance, and reports to grantors and stakeholders eg. MOE, NRF, MSF
- Track and monitor budgets and furnish reports
- Adhere to good corporate governance and be audit-ready at all times

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree with minimum 3 years of work experience
- Prior experience relevant to this position or acquired in an academic setting would be advantageous
- Prior experience in position(s) that handle confidential matters is preferred
- Excellent communication (both spoken and written) and interpersonal skills
- A matured personality, diligent worker who is analytical, organised, and meticulous
- A good team player; independent; proactive
