**ASSISTANT MANAGER, IT**
**Responsibilities**
The key responsibilities of this role include:
Device and Network Security and Management
- Purchase, setup, configure and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
- Setup policies on device lifetime and replacement process.
- Maintain hardware inventory such as Mobile Devices, PC & Laptop.
User Security, Management and Support
- Assist the project team through the implementation and maintenance of internal tools.
- Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
- Conducts user training of new users for key enterprise systems.
- Provide technical support on common issues and create better technical support resources and tools.
- Work with peers to understand employee needs and improve the employee experience.
**Requirements**:
- A Bachelor’s Degree, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, professional certifications.
- At least 5 years of working experience in IT-related role with a strong understanding of IT frameworks and standards.
- Strong IT Technical understanding and aptitude for analytical problem-solving.
- Excellent communication, documentation, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multi-task, work independently and prioritize workloads effectively.
- Experience in working with hybrid Windows and Mac and Azure Active Directory environments/Office 365.
