Senior / Executive Director, Logistics & Industrial
- Based in Singapore
- Role: Focus on landlord leasing, with experience in providing development and leasing advice on large scale new build logistics assets in major APAC markets

Keen to further strengthen our client offering in this area we are looking for a Senior / Executive Director, Logistics & Industrial, Singapore interested in developing their career in the thriving Asia Pacific market.

In this role, you will act as an ambassador and key point of contact for Logistics & Industrial clients. Having a passion & knowledge for Logistics & Industrial real estate
Do you have a passion for Logistics & Industrial assets? This asset class isn’t for everyone yet its arguably the most exciting asset class in APAC today. From manufacturing sites, logistics hubs through to data centres interest is high and there is a wealth of opportunity existing in this sector. Knowledge of this asset class is important to differentiate yourself from the others.

You’ll play a key part in our Singapore Logistics & Industrial team, leading and supporting with transactions throughout the country and region. Experienced in Logistics & Industrial Assets
We are interested in speaking to best talent and various levels who are familiar with Logistics & Industrial assets, specifically with experience providing development and leasing advice on large scale new build logistics assets in major markets. You should come from a leasing background, preferably with agency experience in landlord leasing, and a proven track record of success.
