Course Coordinator

The training arm of Financial Alliance Pte Ltd, **Falco Academy** - is looking for an individual who is suitable and competent to hold the position of a course coordinator.
This position of Course Coordinator reports to the executive director and interface with company's managers/directors in the development of the online training programmes. You are to be involved in the execution of marketing campaigns and handle marketing/training related administrative work.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **1. Marketing and Promotion**:_
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote training programs.
- Create compelling content for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, and online advertisements.
- Manage and update the company's website and social media profiles to ensure content is current and engaging.
- **2. Sales Support**:_
- Engage with potential clients to provide detailed information about training programs and respond to inquiries.
- Assist in the creation of proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Coordinate and manage promotional events, workshops, and webinars to attract new clients.
- **3. Administrative Support**:_
- Assist in the organization and logistics of training courses, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and material preparation.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate client information and interactions.
- **4. Post-Sales Activities**:_
- Conduct follow-up with clients post-training to gather feedback and measure satisfaction.
- Manage and process funding claims related to completed training programs, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted accurately and timely.
- Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- **5. Analytics and Reporting**:_
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, sales performance, and client feedback
**Additional Information**
Qualification: Diploma Holder
Salary range: $2600 - $3000
Variable Incentive: Variable Incentive according to performance
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,000.00 per month
