Downtown Core, Singapore Financial Perspectives Pte Ltd Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Student Support & Engagement**
- Serve as the first point of contact for student inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Provide guidance on school policies, procedures, and programs.
- Assist students with course selection, enrolment, and schedule management.
- Support students in addressing academic or personal challenges by connecting them with appropriate resources (e.g. Learning Management System, Skills Future Funding, etc)
- Facilitate orientation programs for new students and provide ongoing support.

**Administrative & Operational Support**
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and progress reports.
- Assist in coordinating courses, events and workshops.
- Manage student feedback and escalate concerns to the relevant departments.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and government regulations.
- Collaborate with regulators and school management to enhance student experience.
- Provide support in cases of conflict resolution or student grievances.

**Key Requirements**:

- Diploma in Business or Marketing with previous experience in student support, academic administration, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced school environment.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and student management systems (if applicable).

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,300.00 per month

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)
