**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Course Development & Proposal Coordination**: Collaborate with instructors to develop and review course proposals, ensuring that they meet both internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- **Instructor Sourcing**: Identify, evaluate, and recruit qualified instructors for both existing and new courses, ensuring the best fit for course delivery.
- **Intake Planning**: Coordinate bi-annual intake planning, ensuring proper alignment with course offerings and student demand.
- **Enrollment & Assessment Monitoring**: Regularly review enrolment and assessment status via the TPGateway platform to ensure compliance with internal and external deadlines and requirements.
- **Claims Discrepancy Resolution**: Address discrepancies in claims from SSG (SkillsFuture Singapore), UTAP (Union Training Assistance Programme), and PSEA (Post-Secondary Education Account) by liaising with the relevant parties to resolve issues.
- **Attendance & Assessment Appeals**: Write and submit appeals for attendance and assessment discrepancies to TPGateway, ensuring accurate representation of student status and concerns.
- **Course Approval Follow-Up**: Proactively follow up on course approvals, setting reminders and ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained in a timely manner.
- **Payment Tracking & Follow-Up**: Regularly monitor payments from IBF (Institute of Banking and Finance) and SSG, and follow up on any outstanding payments.
- **Student Support & Liaison**: Act as the point of contact for students during the enrollment and assessment process, providing support for any queries related to their course enrollment, funding, or academic progression.
- **Data Management & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of student enrollment, attendance, and assessment data. Generate reports for internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, as needed.
- **Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization**: Identify and recommend improvements to the admissions and enrollment processes, collaborating with key stakeholders to streamline procedures and enhance efficiency.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure that all admissions and enrollment processes are compliant with local regulatory standards, ensuring the institution's adherence to accreditation and licensing requirements.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in admissions management or a related role within the education sector.
- Strong knowledge of government funding schemes like SSG, UTAP, and PSEA.
- Familiarity with TPGateway platform or similar systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with instructors, students, and government agencies.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, with a focus on continuous improvement.
