**Responsibilities**:
As an Executive in the Partnership Division (COO’s Office), you will be instrumental in driving community engagement and promoting volunteerism across our services. You will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to cultivate meaningful partnerships that support our mission of building a caring and inclusive Singapore.
**1.**Volunteer Management & Community Engagement**
- Handle the end-to-end volunteer management process, including recruitment, onboarding briefing, deployment, and retention of volunteers.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders on the ground such as individuals, interest groups, grassroots organisations, corporations, educational institutions, community partners, government bodies, and religious organisations.
- Identify and match volunteers to suitable roles in our Nursing Homes and Senior Care Centres, ensuring their skills and interests align with our program needs.
- Foster ongoing volunteer engagement and sustain long-term involvement.
- Maintain and regularly update volunteer records, information kits, and related resources.Handle public enquiries related to volunteering opportunities and community collaboration.
**2.**Programme & Event Management**
- Plan, coordinate, and implement community-based programmes in partnership with various stakeholders and internal departments.
- Play a key role in organising and executing events, ensuring smooth logistics and meaningful volunteer participation.Craft and share engaging post-event content through appropriate social media platforms to showcase community impact.
**3.**Corporate Activities & Administrative Support**
- Serve as a member of the organising committee for company events, staff engagement initiatives, festive celebrations, and CSR activities.
- Assist with community roadshows, and public engagement efforts.
- Provide general administrative and logístical support to ensure seamless execution of programs and staff trainings.Support the COO’s Office with ad hoc projects and planning initiatives as required.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Diploma in any related field. A bachelor's degree will be an advantage.
- Comfortable and familiar with using social media platforms for outreach and engagement.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the initiative to identify and address gaps.
- Fun-loving, outgoing, and enthusiastic about planning and facilitating community activities for seniors, volunteers, and colleagues.
- Prior experience in event planning or volunteer coordination will be advantageous.
- Opportunity to take on simple emceeing roles during events (willingness is a plus).
- This role may require travel to various Nursing Homes and Senior Care Centres as part of work responsibilities.
