Our client in the luxury hospitality is looking for a HR Director to oversee the SEA and Pacific region.

**Your new role**

Reporting to the HR VP (APAC) based in China, the HR Director, SEA & Pacific, will be involved in providing strategic HR expertise to align with business objectives, overseeing day-to-day HR operations, and leading initiatives to enhance employee engagement and performance.

Responsibilities include conducting interviews, providing coaching and feedback, managing staff performance, resolving conflicts, and facilitating leadership development programs.

Additionally, the role entails assessing market trends for benefits and compensation, ensuring compliance with payroll and tax reporting, identifying potential risks and opportunities in manpower planning, managing HRIS and JIRA requests, and actively participating in HR projects and initiatives.

**What you'll get in return**- Minimum Bachelor’s degree above in business, management, hospitality or Human Resources will be preferred;- Minimum 10 years of HR Business Partnering & Leadership experience with an agile MNC. Regional experience will be a plus.- Collaborative and outcome focus, with good working knowledge of mobility and expatriate management, employment legislation, general HR policies and best practices.- Travel required 15-20%
