**The Company**

Our client is one of the dynamic and growing global logistics companies with its presence around the globe. The company provides airfreight, sea freight, customs brokerage, local transportation, warehousing, and distribution services. They provide logistics and supply chain solutions to aerospace, automotive, chemical, oil & gas, wine and spirits, and manufacturing industries.

Reporting to the APAC Senior Manager - Business Implementation, the Regional Business Implementation Executive will be responsible to manage the implementation and transition of the business into the company’s network for new and existing accounts. Interact directly with: Senior Business Implementation Manager, Tender Management, Account Management Sales, Air, and Ocean Product teams and Operation worldwide to ensure response timeliness and quality, proper project management, follow up, feedback, and post-mortems for all business implementations and transitions.

**The Role**
- To lead/support the implementation of new or existing accounts with designated personnel.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, IT, Finance, and Compliance.
- Setup and manage cross-functional project teams.
- Ensure a complete understanding of all business requirements.
- Establish an implementation plan and get sign-off by all stakeholders.
- Identify areas of the business that could be of concern and work toward resolution.
- Manage the creation or updating of the Standard Operational Procedures (SOP), reporting (internal and external), and training materials.
- Ensure proper account set up in the ERP System, i.e., organization, credit, tariffs, track, trace, etc.
- Conduct SOP training and ensure each branch(s) servicing the account understands the SOPs and executes accordingly.
- Immediately communicate any issues or exceptions to the stakeholders.
- Update status of progress on business implementation and transition to stakeholders.
- Ensure all company policies and regulatory requirements are adhered to.

**The Requirements**
- Possess Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of related work experience
- Experience in Operation or Business Implementation within the freight forwarding industry is an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented, ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, independent, and able to work in a team.
- Fluent in English, and able to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
