**Position Summary**:
The IT Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of information technology within the Company. This role combines technical expertise in electrical and information engineering with IT management skills to ensure the effective operation of our technology infrastructure and support property investment and management functions. The IT Director will play a vital role in optimizing systems, improving efficiency, and enhancing the overall tenant and owner experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Technology Leadership**:

- Develop and execute the company's IT strategy, aligning it with business goals and objectives.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

**Technology Infrastructure Management**:

- Maintain and upgrade the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and electrical systems if applicable.
- Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of IT resources.

**Systems Integration**:

- Integrate property management software, and electrical systems to create smart and efficient property management solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrated technology solutions.

**Data Management and Analytics**:

- Oversee data collection and analysis efforts to inform business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
- Implement data analytics tools to monitor property performance and trends.

**Electrical Engineering Expertise**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues to minimize downtime and ensure tenant safety.

**Security and Compliance**:

- Establish and enforce robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive property and tenant data.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards in both IT and electrical systems.

**Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity**:

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plan to ensure IT systems' availability in case of emergencies.

**User Support and Training**:

- Provide technical support to address IT and electrical-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Offer training and resources to employees to enhance technology adoption and proficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electric and Information Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge in IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity, data analytics and software systems.
- Understanding of electrical systems, property management and smart building technologies.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Project management skills and experience.
