Duties & Responsibilities:
- Registers clients and prepares all administrative forms; ensures resources/forms being timely updated and refilled
- Performs administrative duties such as attendance taking and filling of client records
- Ensuring client registration properly done and maintenance of system records
- Proactively assisting teachers/therapists during drop off and pick up
- Prompt and well-informed client-initiated schedule change/MC or therapist-initiated schedule change
- Coordinates referrals with physicians, specialists, and allied health care professionals on behalf of clients, when required
- Organises and schedules follow-up visits for client at the centre
- Ensures timely payment collection and invoices/receipts being issued out and filed accordingly
- Receives and return client phone calls during operating hours; actively and routinely send out follow up messages to clients; sends out appointment reminders to clients and confirmation to locum therapists
- Collects delivery of stock and assists in stock-take
- Assisting teachers/therapists in preparing class/therapy session materials, if required
- Bringing clients to the washroom as and when needed
- Assists Therapists / Teachers in conducting group classes, if required
- Maintains general cleanliness of the centre
- Other duties as requested by Teachers/ Therapists / Psychologists / the Centre Manager
Job Requirements:
- Possess GCE “O” Level qualification and above
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and strong sense of punctuality and responsibility
- Approachable, proactive and consistent
- Basic Computer Skills: MS Excel
- Ability to liaise in both English and Mandarin
- Able to work on weekends if required (dependant on centre operation)
