You will be working closely with the Head of IT in these 3 board areas:

- Guarantee System Reliability and Availability

Employ continuous performance monitoring, establish redundancy mechanisms, and execute regular maintenance to minimise downtime and maintain critical system operations.
- Optimise Infrastructure Performance

Analyze performance metrics to identify bottlenecks, implement tuning actions, and plan for capacity expansion to enhance response times and accommodate growing workloads.
- Ensure Security and Compliance

Formulate a comprehensive security strategy, conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments, and ensure compliance with industry regulations to safeguard data and meet legal requirements.

**A little about you and what we seek to accomplish together**:

- Management and Planning

Formulate and execute IT infrastructure strategies and plans. Oversee IT budgets and resources for infrastructure initiatives and conduct regular capacity planning to meet evolving business demands.
- System Maintenance and Support

Ensure reliability and availability of IT systems via monitoring and upkeep. Implement redundancy and failover setups to minimise downtime and carry out regular system updates and patches.
- Performance Optimization

Analyse system performance metrics to spot areas for enhancement. Implement performance tuning steps to boost response times and plan to execute capacity expansions as needed.
- Security and Compliance

Develop and enforce security policies and procedures. Conduct security audits and vulnerability evaluations and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in PDPA.
- Service Desk Management

Oversee the service desk teams, ensuring efficient handling of user support requests and incidents. Analyse service desk performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Project Management

Defining project scope and objectives for infrastructure initiatives. Create detailed plans, allocate resources, and manage risks. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution. Monitoring progress and taking corrective actions to keep projects on track. Post-project evaluations to identify areas of improvement for future projects.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration

Lead and manage the IT infrastructure team. Collaborate with other departments to understand business needs, provide IT solutions and stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.

**Job Requirements**:

- Preferably a good Degree.
- At least 8 years of related working experience.
- In-depth knowledge of networking technologies, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and firewalls.
- Understanding of storage systems, Backup Process and Disaster Recovery.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience in process improvement projects and/or innovation & technology projects would be an advantage.
- Experience in Office 365, Sharepoint, endpoint would be advantage.
