**A little about you and what we seek to accomplish together**:

- Develop and review IT strategy and roadmap to meet growing needs of the organisation. Provide consultation and guidance to the organisation and act as a Single Point of Contact for all IT matters.
- Partner with business owners to provide guidance and support on IT matters pertaining to Applications and Systems owned and developed by MOH, AIC, and/or Public Healthcare Institutions.
- Partner with business and process owners to leverage on IT to support the organisation’s strategy and growth and to drive excellence. This includes digitisation and digitalisation efforts, artificial intelligence, robotic process automation, etc. to increase productivity and improve processes.
- Manage cybersecurity to safeguard the organisation’s interest, including developing Security Policies and Procedures, and implementing measures as advised by the relevant authorities.
- Provide an oversight of:

- maintenance of network and systems availability and uptime that meets the needs of the organisation;
- maintenance and support for systems owned by the organisation and developed by ITD.
- validity and adequacy of software licenses for systems used by the organisation.
- management of overall IT assets inventory including proper tracking and disposal.
- Oversee the planning and implementation of technology refresh and preventive maintenance to mitigate risks of service disruption.
- Oversee the planning and budgeting for technology refresh, maintenance, and projects, including seeking appropriate funding from external source.
- Ensure that IT projects are planned and managed within budget, timeline, and with quality.

**Job Requirements**:

- Recognized Degree in Information Technology or Computing Science.
- At least 10 years of relevant working experience in various aspects of IT and 5 years in a management or supervisory role.
- Experience in IT development life cycle, Project Management and Data Analytics.
- Prior experience in Healthcare IT would be preferred.
- Must be self-directed, independent yet able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
