- Ensure proper handling requirement from Business Units, from order entry, price check, delivery schedule to shipment, etc in a timely manner.
- Closely monitor shipment status from manufacturing sites, update stakeholders on delivery schedule and ensure all deliveries are handled smoothly.
- Liaise with relevant internal & external parties and resolve any issues relating to order fulfilment.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability for fulfilling orders.
