As a member of our family-owned business, you will manage and grow our Perfumes & Cosmetics category portfolio across the Asia Pacific Region, overseeing the management and growth of the category and developing category strategies to shape the future of travel retail. As a Category Manager, you will**Category Manager (Perfumes & Cosmetics)**

Your new job includes
- Develop and implement comprehensive category strategies across the Asia Pacific region, driving sales and profitability by analysing sales data, market trends, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence.
- Collaborate with global, regional and local Category Management, Sales and Purchasing Teams to develop and align category goals and initiatives.
- Manage category budgets, forecasting, assortment, pricing and inventory to optimise financial performance and provide recommendations in the development and execution of the category strategies.
- Identify and execute new concepts, categories and brand opportunities to grow the business across the Asia Pacific region.
- Present overall category performance, recommendations and strategic plans to senior leadership
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to continuously improve the category performance.

What you should bring along
- A Degree in Business, Marketing or any related discipline with a practical experience of at least seven years in Category Management, Purchasing or a similar business leadership role in Retail or FMCG industry within the Asia Pacific region.
- Proven track record of driving category growth and profitability through strategic planning and execution
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to influence key stakeholders
- Excellent financial acumen, analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills and proven ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships across diverse teams.
- A pronounced can-do attitude, complemented by the capability to multi-task and the flexibility to handle changing requirements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
