DESIGNATION : [Hyundai Motor Group] Jr. IT Planning Specialist (Production)

RESPONSIBILITIES

**[Mission & Main Tasks]**
- The person in charge serves as a contact point for company employees by establishing/introducing information system and IT support directions and plans for Production in the Production area and overall customer experience.
- Plan digitalization and smart IT for Production business innovation, and perform communication, collaboration, and window roles with business.
- Establish an IT investment plan based on Biz improvement direction, investment items, schedule, and development method.

[IT Planning]

[IT Administration - Investment Review/Contract]

Review the implementation plan necessary for IT investment/outsourcing operation and collaborate with the finance and legal departments necessary for the contract. Perform work as a contract point of contact between outsourcing partners and the IT team.

[IT Production Management]

Coordinate and plan production priorities, workflow and schedule. Schedule routine inspection and maintenance of production equipment to prevent equipment break-downs and malfunctioningDevelop or update standard operating procedures and best practices for production operations.Determine resource requirements and work allocation for production operationWe report on the status of work progress on a regular basis. [IT Security Management]Collaborate with IT Security, internal & external audit process, risk, Compliance, Legal and other functional areas to provide feedback and guidance on Genworth policies, SOP's, and reportsWork with the IT department affected by changing laws, regulations, or policies to ensure that appropriate changes are planned to be implemented.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Open-minded individual who seeks mutual growth with the company
- Creativity and Innovativeness to provide the best IT service
- Self-motivated and proactive personality
- Great team player who always coordinates and works in a team
- Bachelor's degree (computer / information technology preferred)
- Total 3 years of experience in Production IT Field
- Those with IT Planning work experience in Production and customer experience fields
- IT procurement and contract work experience
- Fluent English
- Proficiency in Korean is desired but not required
