**The Role**

As a Jr. Service Operations Manager in Singapore, you'll be pivotal in improving operational efficiency by leveraging your data analysis skills to support decision-making within the Services department. This role involves a blend of reporting, analysis, and stakeholder interaction, providing you with an opportunity to shape the service operations across Singapore, Hong Kong, and Sydney.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate detailed financial reports and analyse budgets and other metrics to support strategic decisions.
- Use advanced tools like Salesforce and Mavenlink to extract crucial insights for strategic planning.
- Employ Microsoft Excel extensively to automate tasks and enhance report accuracy.
- Develop intuitive visualisation dashboards to simplify complex data for stakeholders.
- Create presentations that effectively communicate findings, strategies, and progress.
- Handle multiple ad-hoc requests and support team members in a dynamic environment.
- Identify and solve process or data issues through comprehensive research and effective solutions.
- Collaborate across teams to support global initiatives and improve processes.

**Qualifications**
- High aptitude for technology with previous knowledge and strongunderstanding of Excel
- Experience in creating visualisation dashboards and presentations is an advantage
- Experience in data reporting, project management, and operations.

**Nice to Have**
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is advantageous.
- Skill in PowerBI is desirable.
