**Responsibilities**:
**The role**
As the head of content design at UOB TMRW, you’ll lead the content design of our digital consumer services across five South East Asian markets. You’re the voice of content design at the company, and drive change across our business. You’re passionate about great product content, understand its importance to customer experience, how to get others excited about it, and how to operationalise it at scale.

Over the past 3 years, the content design team at UOB TMRW has grown from one to nine people, and gained influence along the way. You’ll get to take the team to the next level, enhancing and evangelising our content design guidelines, processes and tools, and improving the way we work across the company. You’ll help the team transition into new domains within the bank, helping uncover opportunities for content design, and make the case for its value. You’re comfortable engaging both business and technology stakeholders, understanding what they care about, and know how to collaborate and influence across different areas of business.

The content design team at UOB TMRW is made up of six content designers and two localisation managers, and has a strong culture of collaboration, self-organising and looking after each other. You’ll get to lead and mentor a talented, easy-going team, and support them in growing the content design practice.
The content design team is part of and supported by the wider digital experience design team. You’ll report to the Head of Design.

**Responsibilities**
- Growing the awareness of content design across the company, influencing strategic projects, and engaging stakeholders in what good content looks like and how it helps drive both customer and business outcomes.
