Your Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of accumulator and decumulator (ACDC) instruments (FX and Equity underlyings, Pivots, Target Redemption Forwards). This includes set-up and creation of instrument of Avaloq, creation of long-form confirmation, management of fixing events, corporate actions, knock-outs, expirations and any other miscellaneous events.
- Manage the control, calculations and checks of valuations for OTC derivatives and execute the subsequent upload into Avaloq
- Regular control of valuations for structured products and checking with issuers for updates if needed
- Upload valuations for structured products in Avaloq before 'old price issues' kick-in
- Inform front office about lifecycle events for structured products
- Be the point-of-contact for questions about OTC derivatives for both ACDCs and Options, from local front office, head office Operations and other relevant parties
- Build up wider knowledge about the processes and workflows for OTC derivatives as needed

Your Profile
- Degree in Business/Finance or other relevant streams
- Up to 3 years of experience in Financial sector will be an advantage
- Basic understanding of financial products, though knowledge of ACDC products will be an advantage
- Meticulous and strong in data management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, mainly Excel
- Good command of English (speaking and writing)
