**Overview**:
We are seeking a Junior Operations Engineer responsible for providing technical support for mission critical systems for both in-house and client IT solutions. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring and installing new equipment, and maintaining and updating systems. Additionally, the Junior Operations Engineer will be required to assist with on-the-ground operations when there is a shortage of manpower.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support for operations critical hardware and software issues both for in-house and client systems.
- Configure and install new equipment, including servers, workstations, printers, and other peripherals
- Perform routine maintenance and updates for servers and systems, including backups, virus scans, and software updates
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues
- Assist with on-the-ground operations when needed, including providing support, setup temporary IT infrastructure or stand in for security personnel.
- Stay up to date with new technology trends and provide recommendations for system improvements and upgrades

**Requirements**:

- Fresh Poly Graduates are welcomed
- **Diploma or equivalent in Information Technology or related field**:

- **1-3 years of experience in IT support or related field will have an advantage**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other common business software
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of server administration, networking and network protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

**Physical Demands**:

- This position may require the ability to lift and carry up to 25kgs and work in confined spaces or at heights.

**Working Conditions**:

- This position may require working outside normal business hours, including weekends and holidays, and may require on-call availability for emergency situations.
- Should you be required to work on public holidays, Off-in lieu will be arranged
